President Trump said he's asked the Department of War to prepare for possible military action in Nigeria if the Nigerian government continues to allow the killing of Christians. He posted on Truth Social, quote, the USA will immediately stop all aid and assistance to Nigeria and may very well go into that now. Gray's country guns a blazon to completely wipe out the Islamic terrorists who are committing these horrible atrocities, end quote. The Nigerian government has vowed to keep fighting violent extremism, saying they will defend all citizens irrespective of race, greed or religion. Jill Naito, FOX News.

The clock is ticking on the SNAP benefits program which more than 40 million Americans depend on to buy food. Two federal judges say it can't be shut down. Fox's Alexandria Hoff says that leaves the White House with some questions.

SNAP recipients who are logging into the state apps are reporting a new message saying that they will receive their benefits this month, but that the deposits will be delayed. NRG Stadium in Houston hosting a food distribution event to help fill the gap as many really are not sure what they're going to be doing moving forward if this funding does not come through. But a federal judge ruled that filling the gap is the Trump administration's job and that emergency SNAP reserves have to be used to do. President Trump saying his administration is seeking clarification from the courts. But the president does maintain all of this could be avoided if Senate Democrats would approve the same clean funding bill that the House had already passed.

The election is three days away. Police are investigating what they're calling an intentional explosion at building early today. A firearm was pulled at the Goldston Building, part of Harvard's medical campus in Boston.
