SNAP recipients who are logging into the state apps are reporting a new message saying that they will receive their benefits this month, but that the deposits will be delayed. NRG Stadium in Houston hosting a food distribution event to help fill the gap as many really are not sure what they're going to be doing moving forward if this funding does not come through. But a federal judge ruled that filling the gap is the Trump administration's job and that emergency SNAP reserves have to be used to do. President Trump saying his administration is seeking clarification from the courts. But the president does maintain all of this could be avoided if Senate Democrats would approve the same clean funding bill that the House had already passed.
