They would return home after a federal judge order Saturday. And ICE came up last night at the Grammy Awards where Fox's Michelle Paulina reports. Kendrick Lamar made history, winning best rap.

The only crossing between Gaza and Egypt is open to limited traffic. A few dozen people allowed in and out at first with no cargo allowed through. The Rafah crossing was seized and closed by the Israeli military two years ago as part of the offensive against Hamas militants in Gaza. Except for a brief medical evacuation last year, thousands of people in Gaza needing medical care have been waiting to get out. Thousands of others have been waiting to come back in and return home. The crossing is being supervised by European Union border patrol agents. There's a vetting process for people to use it. Chris Foster, Fox News.
