Zubayr Al Bakush has pled not guilty. In a Washington courtroom, he was wearing an orange prison jumpsuit as he heard the counts against him, including terrorism, murder and arson. The plea stems from the attacks on the U.S. diplomatic compound and a nearby CIA annex in 2012 that killed U.S. ambassador Chris Stevens and three other Americans. Right after making the plea, he went to another court to face the judge who's going to be hearing the case going forward. That judge set the next status hearing for June 4 and told lawyers on both sides he wants to move forward without delay. Jill Naito, FOX News.
