A third person has died following a Pennsylvania nursing home explosion last month.

The Bucks County, Pennsylvania Coroner's Office says 66 year old Patricia Mero died from injuries she sustained in the Dec. 23 explosion. Two others were also killed and nearly two dozen were hurt in the incident at the Silver Lake Nursing Home in Bristol, a suburb of Philadelphia. Early reports indicate a natural gas leak may have caused the explosion, but an investigation being led by the National Transportation Safety Board is ongoing. The news of the third death comes as a lawsuit has been filed by four survivors who are suing the facility's previous and current owners. The suit has also named the utility company that provided natural gas to the facility as well as its parent company, Tonya J.
