She says we are in an hour of desperation. She said that we, the Guthrie siblings, believe our mother is still, still out there. She hears your prayers, Savannah says and she says we all need your help. She is out there somewhere. But it certainly sounds from the tone of that message that the investigation is at something of a dead end at this point because Savannah Guthrie's tone in this is absolutely desperate, saying that law enforcement are working as hard as they can, but they need the public's help.

So the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, they announced that all driver's license knowledge and skills tests will be administered exclusively in English. Now this is including those for a commercial driver driver's license as well. So it's both. This means that all printed exams are in English and translation services will no longer be available. Until now, tests were offered in multiple languages.
