We are at the site of a direct impact in Tel Aviv. This entire block completely destroyed by an Iranian ballistic missile. First responders are digging through the rubble. They are looking for survivors. We have already seen them pull out two civilians from this area. The first responders are using megaphones. They are calling out to see if there are any survivors who are alive but buried under the rubble. And it is an incredibly challenging moment. There was a direct impact.

Jeff Manasso
No decision yet as the case continues, though a federal judge in Nashville heard arguments from Kilmar Abrego Garcia's defense team Thursday that human smuggling charges against their client are selective and vindictive, stemming from a 2022 traffic stop in Tennessee, though charges were not brought until 2025 after Abrego Garcia, a Salvadoran national, in the country illegally, a lightning rod for the Trump administration's immigration policies. Federal prosecutors insist that Kilmar Abrego Garcia was charged in Tennessee based on facts in the case. Jeff Manasso, Fox News A major car

company announces a recall over the risk of a fire.
Paul Stevens
It's a voluntary recall by subaru of about 70,000 vehicles due to a potential fuel leak that could increase the risk of fires. That recall includes 2026 Crosstrek Hybrid and 2025 Forester Hybrid models. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration says fuel may leak from the fuel filler cap if the tank is near full and exposed to high temperatures, raising pressure inside the tank. Subaru says at least 33 fuel leaks have been reported in the US but no fires or injuries. Vehicle owners are being told to park outside and keep fuel levels below a half tank until a dealer replaces the fuel cap gasket free of charge. Paul Stevens, FOX News, and more from the Middle East.
