The attacker's identity confirmed. I'm Lisa Lucera, FOX News. Sources tell Fox News the man who was armed with a rifle and rammed his vehicle into a synagogue in West Bloomfield, Michigan, has been identified as Ayman Mohammed Ghazali, a Lebanese national who first entered the US in 2011 and became a naturalized US citizen in 2016. The FBI says Ghazali was shot and killed by private security at the temple. We are leading the investigation right now as a targeted act of violence against the Jewish community. FBI Special Agent in Charge Jennifer Runyon. No one at the synagogue, which also houses a childcare center, was heard, but eight first responders are being treated at a hospital. And the victim of the shooting this afternoon at an ROTC classroom at Old Dominion University in Virginia has been identified.

Lt. Col. By the name of Brandon Shaw. He actually led the university's ROTC program. Here's a guy we're talking about a real hero. Two bronze stars felled today by the killer who was identified as former Virginia National Guardsman 36 year old Mohammad Baylor Jalo. He has a troubling past, too. He actually pled guilty back in October of 2016 of attempting to provide material support to ISIS. He apparently was felled in a classroom by students.

The American refueling plane that crashed in Iraq had a crew of at least five, but casualties are unclear. The KC135 was part of the operation against Iran, but Central Command says the crash was not due to hostile fire or friendly fire. The tanker is the fourth aircraft to crash in the operation against Iran. Cuba says it will release 51 people from the island's jails. The Ministry of Foreign affairs says the release in the upcoming days stems from a spirit of goodwill and close relations with the Vatican. A U.S. appeals court throws out most of an injunction blocking California from enforcing a law meant to protect kids online.

Six Flags Entertainment has inked a deal with Travis Kelce that will have the three time super bowl champ serve as a brand ambassador. The partnership comes following a challenging 2025 for Six Flags that saw the company's attendance and revenue drop significantly. As part of the arrangement, kelce will support Six Flags Marketing EFF for the 2026 season, including producing digital content for social media. Six Flags can use Kelce's name, image and likeness across broadcast media, streaming platforms and in park marketing outlets. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
