Two people are in custody for a 32 year old California murder case that went cold.

The 30 year old father was found shot to death inside of his home. Decades later and thanks to several tipsters, officials say they've arrested the mother of Jackson's children, Veronica Fonseca and her then boyfriend, Anthony Fox.
