The Pentagon announcing its investigating Arizona Senator Mark Kelly over possible breaches of military law after the former Navy pilot joined a handful of other Democratic lawmakers. In a video calling for troops to defy illegal orders. White House press secretary Caroline Levitt says it's not surprising the lawmakers couldn't specify these so called illegal orders.
