They're off the hook for now. I'm John Saucier. FOX News. A federal judge has dismissed criminal cases against former FBI Director James Comey and New York Attorney General Letitia James. The ruling found the prosecutor who brought the charges of the Trump administration was illegally appointed by the Justice Department. Attorney General Pam Bonnie says the case is not done. Here's fox's Mark Meredith at the White House.
