A Virginia grand jury has opted to not re indict New York Attorney General Letitia James.
Fox News Legal Correspondent
The grand jury in Norfolk neither pursued nor handed up a second indictment against James. The decision came following a federal judge's dismissal of a previous mortgage fraud indictment brought against James back in October because the U.S. attorney was improperly appointed. James denied any wrongdoing in the matter, saying the action against her was retribution for prosecutions she sought and won against President Trump. Despite the grand jury's refusal to re indict, the Department of Justice tells Fox News it still has more chances to seek another case against James. Gernall Scott, FOX NEWS Concerns growing across.
