Now, the Supreme Court has agreed to consider the constitutionality of President Trump's order on birthright citizenship. The order declares that children born to parents who are in the United States illegally or temporarily are not automatically American citizens. Now, the case will be argued in the spring and justices will hear Trump's appeal of a lower court ruling that struck down the executive order. The celebrity architect Frank Gehry has died.
