On tariffs, the president wants to share some of the billions collected.
Henry Cuellar (0:37)

But tonight will be a night rich with awards and appreciation. This year's honorees are Sylvester Stallone, the rock band kiss, singers Gloria Gaynor and George Strait and actor Michael Crawford. Near New Orleans, protesters have been following ICE agents around the town of Kenner warning people agents are there by blowing their whistles and honking their horns.
Carmen Roberts (1:10)
But GOP Senator John Kennedy of Louisiana tells Fox News the Trump administration is sending in ICE agents to enforce the law.
Henry Cuellar (1:17)

Meantime, in the Chicago metro area, social media video shows protesters throwing snowballs amid a standoff with federal officers. In the city of Elgin.

Demonstrators shouting as agents deploy tear gas. Some protesters arrested and there was a car crash. And Notre Dame's left out of the playoff while Alabama and Miami get in.
