Court documents show 39 year old Joaquin Guzman Lopez One of the sons of the Sinaloa cartel's Joaquin El Chapo Guzman, is changing his plea in federal court here in Chicago after originally pleading not guilty following a drug trafficking arrest in Texas last year. Guzman's brother, Ovidio, as part of a plea deal in exchange for a reduced sentence, also pled guilty in July to drug trafficking and two counts of participating in the activities of a criminal enterprise. Their father, El Chapo, is currently serving a life sentence at a supermax prison in Colorado.
