Madison Kenyon is a school athlete in Idaho who competed against a trans player and supports the challenge her state and West Virginia are taking to the Supreme Court this morning after lower courts struck down state laws banning trans athletes in girls and women's sports.
B
Both arguments here from both sides are saying that this is not fair for female athletes. It's not fair to have to compete alongside individuals who have a biological advantage. And for the plaintiffs here, they're going to be arguing that there's no fairness for them in wanting to compete in a sport that they clearly want to compete in.

Fox's Alexandria Hoff outside the Supreme Court. Human rights groups now say There are nearly 650 people dead in Iran's crackdown on anti regime demonstrations. Iran's trading partners will face a 25% tariff on goods imported to the U.S. president Trump says as he threatens military strikes over Iran's response to protests across the country. In a social media statement, Mayor Zoran Mamdani called it, quote, an assault on our democracy and called for the staffer's immediate release. The Department of Homeland Security defended the arrest, saying the employee is in the US Illegally and has an alleged criminal history.

As the Supreme Court gets ready to consider that transgender rights case, it comes the day after President Trump posted on Sue Truth Social that if the court rules in favor of those challenging his authority to impose all the Trump tariffs on global imports, we're screwed and the US Would have to pay back hundreds of billions of dollars. Collected testimony resumes this morning after an emotional day in court in the first trial stemming from the 2022 Uvalde, Texas elementary school massacre, charging former cop Adrian Gonzalez over the law enforcement response that took over an hour to finally get into the classroom and kill the gunman.
D
Gonzalez is the former Uvalde schools police officer among the first law enforcement responders to the scene. Arnolfo Reyes told a jury Monday the attack began with a black shadow with a gun walking inside and that he prayed for the attack to be over after being shot along with his students. Reyes was shot on the arm and back and testified he was taunted by 18 year old gunman Salvador Ramos. Gonzalez has pleaded not guilty to 29 counts of child abandonment or endangerment. Prosecutors say he did nothing to stop the attack. The gunman killed 19 students and two teachers. Tom Brigatti, FOX NEWS Back to that.

Inflation report that we just got this morning showing no change in the annual rate of consumer price increases. There could be a mixed stock market reaction. We've seen futures down for the down up for the Nasdaq in the NFL playoffs. Pittsburgh got knocked out in a blowout, disappointed, you know, obviously such a fun year. Aaron Rodgers and the Steelers lost to The Houston Texans 36. The last score came on what could be the last pass of Rogers career, an interception return for a touchdown. But the 42 year old quarterback isn't answering retirement questions yet. No, I mean, I'm not going to make any emotional decisions. As for the Houston Texans, they advance to play the New England Patriots in the next round of the playoffs. I'm Dave Anthony. This is FOX News.
