The Chiefs have entered into an agreement with the state of Kansas to start hosting games in a dome stadium beginning with the 2031 season. Today's announcement ensures that for generations to come, Chiefs fans will have the best game day experience in the entire National Football League. That was Chiefs owner Clark Hunt as the organization originally planned a $800 million renovation of Arrowhead Stadium, where the team has played since 1972.
