Nancy Guthrie, the Pima county sheriff and the FBI are going to be analyzing more DNA after testing revealed that the DNA found on the glove two miles from Nancy Guthrie's home belonging to an unknown male and the DNA found inside of the Guthrie home belonging to an unknown individual are two different people. And neither of those DNA samples produced a match in the FBI's national database.

In Los Angeles, despite the trial being recessed Tuesday because a juror was hospitalized. Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg will take the stand regardless of if the juror returns in time for his Testimony. Meta and YouTube are accused of knowingly creating addictive features that led to teen depression, self harm and suicidal thoughts. Both have denied the claims. Meta filing a motion opposing a former VP of partnerships and marketing and a former researcher from testifying for the plaintiff, arguing their previous roles are not relevant to the case. YouTube Opposing the testimony of an online advertising marketing behavior studies and media planning expert arguing the same, but the judge ruling all three can take the stand, which could happen as early as Thursday.
