Growing protests. I'm Pam Puso, FOX News. More than a thousand demonstrations are planned today nationwide following the shooting death of a woman by an ICE agent in Minneapolis. Earlier, three Democratic lawmakers, including Congresswoman Ilhan Omar, showed up at the federal building there, an epicenter of the protests.

Congresswoman Omar and the other congresswoman are at a base where federal immigration agents have been posted up over the past couple of weeks. And that's where all the protesters are gathering to protest against their presence here. So our Bill Melusion reports that Congresswoman Omar along with other Democratic congresswomen basically showed up to that location and asked for entry. But here in downtown Minneapolis, there was a massive crowd of protesters, even rioters who gathered outside of a hotel where they believe immigration agents are staying. Our Garrett Tenney was on the scene last night. He reports a smaller group of protesters broke into the depot downtown, tossing around furniture while spray painting anti ICE messages.

Fox's Madeleine Rivera Labor Secretary Lori Chavez Darimer is under investigation.
Deborah Valentine
The New York Post, citing sources and documents it exclusively obtained, reports the labor secretary has allegedly been abusing her position by pursuing an inappropriate relationship with a subordinate. The 57 year old former Oregon congresswoman reportedly welcomed the individual at least three times to her D.C. apartment and twice to her hotel room while traveling. The allegations are contained in a complaint filed last week with the Department of Labor's Office of the Inspector General. The Inspector General General's office has launched an investigation. White House spokeswoman Taylor Rogers called the allegations baseless. Chavez Dreamer hasn't responded to a request for comment. Deborah Valentine, Fox News.
