A campus killer still at large. I'm Tom Graham, FOX News. Investigators continue to release images related to the deadly shooting at Brown University over the weekend. Fox's CB Cotton is in Providence, Rhode Island.

Providence PD asking the public to help identify a second individual. The agency though is not calling this a second person of interest, but instead saying this person was near the man they've been searching for, described as 58 with a stocky build who was casing the neighborhood near Brown before the shooting. Brown University now getting tough questions about what appears to be security lapses. It's been revealed that none of Brown's 1,200 campus cameras were linked to Providence PD's Real Time Crime Center. But Providence PD's police chief says he's not sure it would have mattered, telling Fox that instead there needed to be a newer camera system inside the school's engineering building that get this, was only partially covered by surveillance.

Two people were killed, nine others injured. Nick Reiner appearing in court today. He's accused of murdering his parents, Rob and Michelle Reiner in their Los Angeles home Sunday night.

It was a very brief court appearance for Nick Reiner and his formal arraignment ultimately delayed until January 7th at his own attorney's request. But it was the first time we have seen Nick Reiner since he was arrested on Sunday. He was brought into court wearing a suicide prevention smock. He sat there shackled as well. He only spoke once when the judge addressed him about the delay in the arraignment.

President Trump is set to address the nation tonight from the White House, expected to lay out his 2026 agenda as well as further explain so called Trump accounts for newborn babies. Fox's Edward Lawrence Part of that is.

Some of his successes, the things he wanted to pitch out there. One of them, the Trump accounts, which the website for that Trump accounts actually went live. They used the Airbnb co founder Joe Gevia to help Design it. Now TrumpAccounts.gov will be the one stop shop for parents to figure out where to sign their kids up for the accounts. $1,000 will go into the every child born between 2025 and 2028. The CEO of Dell announced a $250 donation to every account for children under 10 in certain zip codes. And Treasury Secretary Scott Besson announcing another billionaire today, Ray Dalio, who founded Bridgewater Associates. He and his wife will give 75 million to seed accounts for kids in Connecticut.

The address is set for 9pm Eastern time. A handful of moderate Republicans joining House Democrats pushing to pushing a vote for extending aspiring Obamacare subsidies.

Ox's Chad Pergram the Republican brass blocked go from their plans to renew Obamacare aid on an interim basis. So four moderates signed their names to a Democratic effort to go around the speaker and re up the aid for three years. The effort now has 218 signatures so they can team up with Democrats and force a vote on renewing the Obamacare assistance. House Speaker Mike Johnson says he has not lost control of the House. There's concern about Republicans not addressing the expiring tax credits, but conservatives oppose propping up of Obamacare.

If passed, the Obamacare extension would face an uphill battle in the Senate. Meantime, the Senate moving to close a loophole that could have allowed military aircraft to fly without broadcasting their locations. The push comes after an Army Blackhawk helicopter did not broadcast its location and collided with an American Airlines flight near Washington last January, killing 67. Earlier, the Senate did pass an annual defense bill totaling $901 billion. I'm Tom Graham and this is Fox News.
