Utah District judge Tony Graff as Tyler Robinson, the 22 year old accused of shooting Charlie Kirk to death at Utah Valley University in Orem last week appeared in court via video link. Robinson is charged with aggravated murder and other offenses, including aggravated use of a firearm. Earlier today, Utah County Attorney Jeff Gray said Robinson left his DNA on the trip trigger of the rifle used to kill Charlie Kirk and that he is seeking the death penalty. Robinson's due back in court later this month. A judge in New York City has thrown out terror charges against the men accused in the shooting death of United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson.
Mangione's Lawyer
Mancioni's lawyers wanted the judge to throw out second degree murder charges against their client as well, arguing that the New York case and a parallel federal death penalty case amounted to double jeopardy. The judge rejected that argument, saying that it would be premature to do that. Mangione appeared in court wearing a tan prison jumpsuit and did not speak to reporters. He has pleaded not guilty to killing UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson in December, accused of shooting him from behind as he arrived at the New York Hilton in midtown Manhattan.

Fox's Tanya J. Power is President Trump in the UK For a state visit hosted by King Charles and Queen Camilla, meeting with the prime minister later this week.
Tanya J. Power
President Trump is going to talk little, if any policy with the king and queen. That is all going to be left for for his meeting on Thursday with the prime minister, Keir Starmer while the president is here in Europe. We also expect some talk about Ukraine. Prime Minister Starmer was on the most recent conference call with President Trump and Zelensky where the president implored European leaders to stop buying oil from Russia, which gives Putin money to fund the war effort.

Bondi says the Justice Department will be targeting what they consider hate speech, especially after the murder of Charlie Kirk.
Attorney General Bondi
First Amendment generally protects speech that expresses hatred toward a particular group. Attorney General Bondi writes in a social media post hate speech that crosses the line into threats of violence is not protected by the First Amendment. It's a crime. For far too long, we've watched the radical left normalize threats, call for assassinations and cheer on political violence. That era is over. It is a federal crime to transmit communication threatening kidnapping or injury or to threaten public officials or their families. And Bondi writes, these acts are punishable crimes. And every single threat will be met with the full force of the law. And we will never be silenced, not for our families, not for, not for our freedoms, and never for Charlie. His legacy will not be erased by fear or intimidation. Chris Foster, Fox News A big box.

Retailer expand its next day delivery to better compete with rivals Target is broadening.
Emily Campagno
Next day delivery shipments to 35 of the country's top 60 metro areas by the end of next month, marking 22 new cities this year. The big box retailer is making the move as it aims to shrink the gap with competitors like Amazon. Last year, the e commerce giant expanded the number of same day delivery sites by more than 60% for its Amazon prime members and serves more than 140 metro areas. A company executive says that Target's next day delivery expansion will go to 54% of the population, up from 20%. San Diego and Orlando and Tampa, Florida are on the list. And Target is planning to add another 20 more cities by next year.

Fox's Hilary Barski Costco recalling bottles of its store brand Prosecco because they could shatter without warning. The company says the recall effects Kirtland Kirkland Signature Prosecco purchased between April 25 and August 26. IT customers should wrap any unopened bottles in paper towels and place them in a plastic bag before throwing them out to avoid any risk of shattered glass. I'm Lisa Licera. This is FOX News.
