The suspect is a Danish national identified under German privacy laws only as Ali S. He'll be extradited to Germany to face a judge accused of working for a foreign intelligence service. Fasi has strengthened to a Category 2 hurricane as it sits off the Pacific coast of Mexico, and the National Hurricane center says it could become a major hurricane. Flossie now has maximum sustained winds of 110 miles an hour and is about 180 miles southwest of Manzanillo, Mexico. The latest numbers from the Labor Department suggest the job market is holding up.
