Digging out from New Mexico to New England, I'm Dave Anthony, FOX News. This is historic levels of snow and ice and then following up with single digit temperatures today. Tonight, tomorrow, Governor Bill Lee in Tennessee where there are the most power outages, almost a third of the more than 800,000 homes and businesses that allowed electricity this morning across the south and mid Atlantic. Fox Weather's being phonies in Dallas, Texas.

We've seen crews out here since yesterday trying to improve the road so that folks can get back on them and able to get back to work, back to school.

Schools are closed from there up to New England. Some areas got over a foot of snow. At least nine people have died in the storm, including a teenager killed in a sledding accident. In Texas, there may be even more deaths. A private plane went down during the snow last night and then caught fire in Maine.
