This is a dramatic fall from grace for Sharon Moore, who is now facing three charges, home invasion, stalking and breaking and entering. All of this stems from an affair that he had with his executive assistant that prosecutors say has been going on for at least a couple of years until early Monday when she broke up with him. Two days later, they say she went to school officials with evidence of that affair. And hours later, Moore, who is married with three young daughters, was fired from one of the most prestigious coaching jobs in college sports where he was making more than $6 million a year. At that point, prosecutors say the 39 year old went to his former mistress's apartment, broke in and threatened to kill himself.

Moore became the school's head coach last year. He has now been released after posting $25,000 bond. The US has seized an oil tanker in the Caribbean. It's the latest move as President Trump is ramping up his efforts against Venezuela. And he says land action could come soon. Fox's Jennifer Griffin reports.

Senator Mark Warner spoke with the George Washington University's Defense Writers Group and I asked him point blank if the US Is going to war with Venezuela. Senator Warner is a member of the Gang of Eight and he said I don't know. That is alarming given the amount of air troops and warships in the Caribbean right now. Seizing an oil tanker is one thing, but what follows could be far bigger. President Trump says the US Will keep the oil from the tanker. It's not the first time the US has seized sanctioned oil tankers. It did so with four tankers in 2020, Iranian oil that had been sanctioned. The Treasury Department has now targeted Maduro insiders and sanctions evaders, including sanctions on three of Maduro's nephews and six shipping companies.

Hill. Secretary Noem testified that she feels one of the biggest threats facing America. What she loses sleep over are the millions of unvetted illegal immigrants who came into the US during the Biden administration. We heard from a group of people who know that problem all too well. A group of more than a dozen angel families gathering together right here at the US Capitol to hold a press conference. All of them holding photos of their loved ones who died at the hands of illegal aliens. They were joined by Republican Congressman Abe Hamade, who is introducing a bill to create a national memorial right here in D.C. to honor the victims of migrant.

Crime. The Trump administration has faced a myriad of legal battles over its deportation policy. Big week for Democratic Congressman Henry Cuellar. First a presidential pardon. Now he gets his key leadership job back after shaking free of corruption charges filed after he criticized the Biden administration's open border policies. Fox's Ryan Schmelz explains the powerful.

House Appropriations Committee voting to allow Texas Democrat Henry Cuellar to return to his leadership role. It comes after Cuellar received a pardon from President Trump clearing him of bribery charges. Those in the Democratic caucus in leadership roles on committees usually step aside if they're facing a legal indictment. Longer the case Cuellar was cleared to go back to his old job. The swing district Democrat has been criticized by President Trump since the pardon for not switching parties on Capitol Hill. Ryan Schmelz, FOX News King Charles.
