The largest waves we seen getting up close to 6ft on the Hawaiian Islands, the Big island getting up close to 5ft, these have been the largest waves we've seen. Now that is kind of winding down at this point. At one point we were at a tsunami warning. It's currently been downgraded to a tsunami advisory there for the Hawaiian Islands. But those waves continue to march across the Pacific Ocean. They're now beginning to interact with the West Coast.

The Federal Reserve is not expected to lower interest rates today, but Chair Jerome Powell will be questioned about whether there could be a cut at its next meeting in September. Lee Munson, chief investment officer at Portfolio Wealth Advisors, is not expecting much.
