Hitting the road and taking flight. I'm Dave Anthony, FOX news. Many more Americans are doing that the day before Thanksgiving with air travel back to normal after the long government shutdown that made many nervous like these two at Atlanta's airport this morning.

There are more than 700 flight delays across the country so far today, only 37 cancellations, most going somewhere for Thanksgiving or Fox Business Network's Jeff Flock is on the road now.

Kind of trafficking on the bridge this morning here as we head Into New Jersey, 73 million people will be traveling by car. That is an all time record and it's also an all time record for people flying as well as taking the train and the bus and the cruise ship.

It'll be tough sledding for some drivers. With wintry weather today into Friday from Minnesota to western New York, blizzard warnings in some areas. President Trump says he's fine tuned his peace plan for Ukraine trying to stop Russia's war as his special envoy, Steve Witkoff will return to Moscow next week for talks.

So Ukraine have now largely agreed on their 19 point deal. But they say there are still some minor details that still need to be resolved. And frankly, those minor details, they are large ones. They are the security guarantees. Will there be some kind of an Article 5 from the US guaranteeing Ukrainian safety and of course, territorial swaps? Russia wants the remainder of the Donbas handed over to it. And Ukraine simply is against that. And future NATO membership is a big issue still to be discussed. And the future limit on the size of the Ukrainian army.

Bruno Ferreira, who was the mother of White House press secretary Caroline Levitt's nephew, was arrested by ICE agents in the Boston area. Ferreira has an 11 year old child with Levitt's brother Michael. The couple is no longer together, but her attorney says she's still very involved in the boy's life.
