Department and FBI have shown up and are walking the streets in Annie Guthrie's neighborhood. That's about a 10 minute drive from where I'm standing. And our team there tells us they are going house to house on Annie Street. Three detectives spent time in the backyard of a home that is two doors down from Annie Guthrie. We also know that they were seen searching through some bushes and some brush there. As I said, she lives about 10 minutes drive from where we're standing. Remember, the sheriff says this is where Nancy ubered for dinner the night before she disappeared. Her son in law Tommaso Chioni driving her home that night.

Fox's Alicia Acuna in Tucson. This is in the FBI's released a new video of a masked person with what appears to be a gun in a holster outside Nancy Guthrie's front door on the night she disappeared. The person was wearing a ski mask and a backpack. The brief video clip does not show Nancy. Fulton County Georgia Chair Rob Pitt's reacting after the FBI announced it's investigating what it calls possible deficiencies or defects in the vote count in the 2020 election in that county. President Trump lost Georgia in 2020 but has made unsubstantiated claims of fraud. The FBI seized hundreds of of ballots after searching the election center earlier this year. Minnesota Governor Tim Walz says the immigration crackdown in his state could end soon, adding he spoke with administration officials including border czar Tom Holman Walls, saying he hopes for cooperation on joint investigations into the shooting of two people in his state by federal officers. Parents who owe a significant amount of child support could soon lose their ability to travel internationally as the Trump administration expands the enforcement of a 30 year old law that allows the federal government to revoke American passports until payments are made. That's according to the Associated Press. Shoppers apparently stocked up earlier in the holiday season, leading to disappointing retail sales numbers in the month of September.

Economists were expecting a modest increase in retail sales for December. Instead, sales came in flat. No increase. Shoppers were spending more. The previous month. November retail sales increased by 0.6%, excluding autos. December sales also were flat. Core retail sales, which exclude autos, gas, building materials and food services, declined 1.10of a percent for the year ending in December, sales were up 2.4%. The national retail Federation says retail sales rose for all of last year, though higher income shoppers accounted for more purchases of discretionary items.
