Still waiting. I'm Tom Brigatte, Fox News. President Trump has yet to make a final determination on a peace deal with Iran. Several of his demands sound very familiar. Fox's Peter Doocy is at the White House.

President Trump has a lot to consider. We know that he laid out though the main points that he is thinking about in a very long truth social post. But these are the highlighted bullets. My highlights, the Hormuz Strait must immediately open. No tolls. Ships caught in the strait due to our amazing and unprecedented naval blockade which will now be lifted, may start the process of heading home. Enriched materials sometimes referred to as nuclear dust will be unearthed by the United States in close coordination in conjunction with the Islamic Republic of Iran, plus the International Atomic Energy Agency, and destroyed. No money will be exchanged until further notice. And with that, so far so good for experts.

Former Attorney General Pam Bondi testifies in a closed door hearing over her handling of the Epstein files. Fox's David Spunt with the latest.
C
She left after about three and a half hours of questions from Democrats and the sole Republican, James Comer. Ms. Bondi was seen entering the building with a bandage on her throat. She's recovering from thyroid cancer. Now, the transcribed interview took place behind closed doors. She was not under oath. This was not a deposition. It was not videotaped. She was fired from her position as attorney general early last month. She was on the job job for about 14 months. And from the moment she came into office, the Jeffrey Epstein files were a recurring problem she just could not escape. Last July, the DOJ put out a memo announcing the Epstein case would essentially be closed in the following months. The DOJ eventually under pressure, released millions of pages of documents but no definitive so called client list.

Some Epstein survivors were at the hearing today, pressing government officials to do more in the investigation. Records on Wall street today for all three indices, the dow up 363 points. board overstepped its bounds. A federal judge rules by unilaterally adding President Trump's name to the Kennedy Center. Judge Christopher Cooper says the formal renaming of the Kennedy center in honor of President Trump must get congressional approval. Separately, the judge is preventing temporarily the administration from closing the Kennedy center for two years for major renovations. Both issues are likely to be appealed at the White House. The protest began Wednesday after detainees said they were going on a hunger strike over what they say are deplorable conditions. New York's governor has signed a bill into law limiting cooperation with ice.

The bill, signed by Governor Kathy Hochul, a Democrat, restricts local from cooperating with ICE agents. And that's not all. We are banning masks for all law enforcement in the state of New York next. We are also making sure that people have a constitutional right to go to court if the federal government ICE agents have violated their rights. Some New York law enforcement officials object to the bill and have threatened legal action. The announcement comes a day after Massachusetts Governor Maura Healey, also a Democrat, outlined new guidance that includes barring ICE access to certain parts of schools, childcare providers, health care facilities and places of worship.
