45 year old Andrew Emerald is accused of writing a string of Facebook posts threatening to kill the president, including hanging him from the Statue of Liberty. Emerald waving a sword at FBI agents as they try to arrest him Wednesday. Several bladed weapons were later found in a search of his home at Great Barrington. Emerald was charged with eight counts of interstate transmission, of threatening communications and faces up to five years in jail. Chris Dimeo, FOX News.

There were 202,000 new claims, continuing claims. Those remaining on Benefits rose to 1.84 million. Outplacement firm Challenger, Gray and Christmas says U.S. based employers announced more than 60,000 job cuts in March, more than February, but down 78% from last March when more than 275,000 cuts were announced, partly because of federal layoffs.

Scientists at Johns Hopkins University using computers to create a digital replica of a diseased heart. This digital heart twin, used to try to improve outcomes for patients who have life threatening arrhythmias. Arrhythmias, or irregular heartbeats, are responsible for 300,000 sudden cardiac deaths a year. After testing procedures on these digital replicas, the doctors at Johns Hopkins mapped out treatment for 10 patients. They were to accurately locate the section responsible for the abnormal heart signals and treat with a procedure known as ablation. More testing is planned.
