Brian Yanes
The investigators say that this case was broken wide open by a homeless man who goes by John. Investigators say that he's a former Brown University student who grew suspicious of the gunman when he locked eyes with him in the bathroom the just two hours before the shooting inside the Barris and Holly building. The gunman, his name is Claudio Neves Valente. Now, John is the man police were looking to speak to because of how close he got to that gunman. When police released images of the suspect after the shooting, John wrote an anonymous Reddit post describing seeing the gunman unlock a parked gray Nissan sedan.

There's only one nation on earth, there's only one entity on earth that can actually talk to both sides and figure out whether there's a way to end this war peacefully. And that's the United States. And we've invested a lot of time, a lot of energy at the highest levels of our government. I believe you know, President Trump has had more meetings with foreign leaders and others on the war in Ukraine than on any other subject, including trade.
Paul Stevens
Now that war in Ukraine is now approaching the four year mark. Meantime, representatives from Russia and Ukraine are currently considering the latest Trump White House peace proposal. The Democratic National Committee is now refusing to release a report on what went wrong in 2024.
Jenny Coselda
Democrats have spent months analyzing what went wrong in the 2024 election. But a report detailing just that is going to be kept private. And it's a decision some on the left think is ridiculous. DNC Chairman Ken Martin had previously said he would release the autopsy report publicly. Now he claims doing that would distract the party ahead of the midterms. 2024 was an odd election to say the least. The incumbent president dropped out mid summer. The vice president won the nomination without ever winning a primary. So some notable Democrats from the Obama era think people deserve answers. They want the report released. Dan Pfeiffer posting this is a very bad decision that reeks of the caution and complacency that brought us to this moment.

And that's fox's Mark Meredith. European Union leaders agree on a massive interest free loan to Ukraine for that nation's military. And for the next two years as it continues to battle Russian forces. About $106 billion will be raised by the EU, it says, on capital markets. While some classic cartoon characters and holiday fixtures have a new owner.

Snoopy and the Peanuts gang will be mostly owned by Sony, which purchased an additional stake in peanuts holdings for $450 million. Sony now owns 80%. The family of Peanuts creator Charles M. Schultz will retain the remaining 20%. Sony is buying the stake from Canadian entertainment company Wild Brain, which also owns the Teletubbies and Strawberry Shortcake brands. Sony was first involved with peanuts in 2010 as its business agent in Japan. The sale values the Peanuts business at more than a billion dollars. Jenny Coselda, FOX News.
