Acting U.S. attorney Bill Asale the Palisades fire was one of two that broke out Jan. 7, leaving a total of 30 people dead and destroying more than 17,000 homes and buildings as they burned for days. Former FBI Director James Comey has pled not guilty to charges he lied to Congress during a Senate hearing in 2020. The indictment has led to accusations of weaponization of the Justice Department from Democrats who claim Comey is being targeted for political reasons. The U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia was ousted shortly before the indictment and replaced with a former personal attorney of President Trump. America's listening to Fox News.

Fox News police say a man who attacked a synagogue in England and pledged alliance to a terrorist group.

British counterterrorism police say Jihad al Shami called emergency dispatchers during the attack last Thursday to say, I have killed two Jews in the name of the Islamic State. He had just driven his car into people outside Heaton Park Synagogue in Manchester, then stabbed at least two people before being shot and killed by police. He stabbed one person to death. Another was killed by a police bullet that also hit one of the three people injured. El Shami was a 35 year old father of three with no known ties to any terrorist organization. Neighbors say he became radicalized during the COVID pandemic and his wife left him six months ago. There are reports he was also married to two other women. Chris Foster, FOX News.

A New York City judge has dismissed a civil summons against Alex o', Keefe, a former writer for the FX show the Bear. O', Keefe, who was black, was removed from a commuter train in Connecticut handcuffs last month after a white passenger complained about the way he was sitting. He was removed from the train by police after refused to leave. After court today, o' Keefe said that he will continue to defend his rights of every New Yorker. Joan Kennedy, the ex wife of the late Senator Ted Kennedy and a public figure who faced immense personal and political trials, has died.
