The high court weighs in. I'm Paul Stevens, Fox News. The U.S. supreme Court Friday rejecting the ability of President Trump to impose reciprocal tariffs without the approval of Congress.

President Trump didn't hold back in his criticism of the US Supreme Court following that 6 to 3 decision which of course struck down, at least temporarily, his global tariffs, a ruling he didn't have the power that he he could impose import taxes under ipa, which is, of course, the International Emergency Economic Powers Act. President, of course, has credited his use of tariffs as a tool to end foreign conflict as well as securing favorable trade deals for our country. Now he's countering the ruling with an alternative tariff order, which includes setting a temporary 10% global levy.
