Mohamed Al Saadi, making his first court appearance in federal court in Manhattan. He has been charged with coordinating terror attacks that aim to stop the U.S. and Israeli war with Iran. He faces six federal counts, including providing material support to a foreign terrorist organization. Now according to this federal complaint, Al Saudi is charged with planning, coordinating and financing and promoting at least 18 attacks in Europe plus two in Canada. Now, these were all attacks that were being planned since the start of the war in Iran in February. Now Al Saudi planned to kill Americans and Jews, prosecutors say.

A key leader of a notorious Venezuelan gang is in federal custody in court today. Fox's Mike Tobin.

He's the first person to be extradited to the US Since Trend Aragua was designated last winter as a foreign terrorist organization. As the release from the DOJ cited, he is looking at terrorism and international drug distribution charges. Specifically, the charges are material support to Trend, conspiracy to provide material support, distribution of more than 5kg of cocaine and med for the US and conspiracy to do so. Most of the TDA guys have nicknames. Jose Enrique as Martinez Flores went by the name Chucky. The allegation against him ranged from cocaine operations to prostitution and murder. He was arrested in Colombia March 31 last year and sent back to the US yesterday.

A federal grand jury issuing a superseding indictment that lists four other suspected members of that Venezuelan gang. The Justice Department is preparing to seek an indictment against former Cuban President Raul Castro as President Trump threatens possible military action against the communist country. And it's reportedly related to Raul Castro's involvement with the shooting down of planes back in the 1990s. On Wall street, the stocks finishing deep in the red, the dow giving up 537 points on Tom Ram living.
