President had originally given Russian President Vladimir Putin 50 days but moved up the deadline because he said no progress was being made. The gunman who the NYPD says killed four people in a midtown Manhattan office building yesterday, worked at a hotel in Las Vegas. Shane Tamura took his own life after the shooting.
