The Radnor Township Police Department says officials are on location at Villanova University for a report of an active shooter posting online. All nearby residents and students are asked to shelter in place at this time. Students taking to social media to say the university's alert system told them to lock and barricade doors and move to secure locations. Another alert warning folks to stay away from the law school.

The wind and surf have been battering the beaches of the Outer Banks since early this morning. Unfortunately, here at Kitty Hawk, the high tide right after sunrise did not reach the dune. It got right up to the edge of the fence. Another high tide this evening will be uneventful. However, some sound side flooding this evening down in Carteret county is that north wind pushes the water their way.

The most serious felony charges against two former Louisville police officers are dropped in the Breonna Taylor case.

Former Louisville police Detective Joshua James and Sergeant Kyle Meaney were accused of providing and lying about false information in a warrant to search Breonna Taylor's home in 2020 a federal judge ruling the former officers shouldn't be char with depriving Taylor's rights. They still face lesser charges with Jane's attorney, Thomas Clay saying there's more to the story which will come out and.
