A man had been detained over the weekend but was released yesterday after authorities say evidence showed he was not linked to the shooting. Rob Reiner's son Nick being held without bail after the director and his wife Michelle were were found dead at their home yesterday.

Police were initially called out to this Brentwood home at around 3:40 yesterday. As we understand it, one of the couple's daughters discovered their parents here, both apparently stabbed to death.

A remembrance in Israel for the victims of the shooting on Bondi beach in Australia that targeted a Hanukkah celebration Sunday and killed at least 15 people. A Massachusetts jury has decided the fate of the man on trial for murdering his wife almost three years ago.

Brian Walsh is now convicted of killing his wife, Anna, who was last seen alive on New Year's Day 2023. His defense argued Walsh did not kill her, finding her dead in bed. The murder charge was the only one he faced in court prior to the start of the trial. December 1st. He pleaded guilty to misleading police and illegally dismembering and disposing her remains. The conviction carries a life sentence without parole. Walsh is set to learn his sentence on Wednesday. Granal Scott, FOX News A close call.

The New York bound flight stopped climbing to avoid a collision with a U.S. air Force refueling tankers supporting the military buildup near Venezuela. The pilot of JetBlue Flight 1112 called it outrageous that the tanker flew into their path with their transponder turned off. That from the recording of the conversation with local air traffic control. The pilot said the tanker was within five miles of us, maybe two or three miles. Adding the the plane was at our altitude. We had to stop our climb. A JetBlue spokesperson said they reported this incident to federal authorities and will participate in any investigation. The FAA warned US Aircraft last month to exercise caution when in Venezuelan airspace due to the worsening security situation and heightened military activity in and around Venezuela.
