Once again, investigators could be seen recanvassing the property and spending a lot of time on the roof of the home. Both Pima county sheriffs and the FBI were on scene. Drone footage shows agents removing what looked like a mounted and wired device from the side of the home. This activity came not long after the sheriff department said it was aware of a second note sent to a local TV news station, kold, here in Tucson. And while the station could not reveal its contents, they did say that it did not have proof of life of Nancy Guthrie. The sheriff's department also towed this blue Subaru from Nancy Guthrie's home.

And that's Fox's Alicia Cooney in Tucson. The FBI offering a $50,000 reward for info that helps finance the Guthrie or leads to an arrest. An accused participant in the deadly attack on the US compound in Benghazi, Libya in 2012 is now in custody.

Fox was there as Zubair Al Bakush arrived on US Soil, US Officials promising to prosecute him to the fullest extent of the law. Al Bakush is charged with murder, terror and arson in connection with the 2012 attack on the US consulate in Benghazi, Libya. If convicted, he could face the death penalty or life in prison and a hefty fine. That 13 hour attack killed four Americans, including US Ambassador Chris Stevens. Kash Patel says Al Bakush was arrested overseas but did not reveal the precise location.

Fox's Mike Emanuel, two others are in prison for their connection to that attack. Following the attack, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and former President Barack Obama, in addition to others were criticized for lack of security assigned to the group. America is listening to Fox News.

A judge setting a trial date for the New York State murder case against Luigi Mangione.

Following a lengthy discussion with prosecutors and defense lawyers, Judge Gregory Caro set Luigi Mangione's New York state murder trial for June 8. Mangione's lawyers objected to the June date, telling the judge that at that time they'll be consumed with preparing for Mangione's federal trial, which is set to start on September 8th. The judge's answer, quote, be ready. Magione also spoke out in court in protest of the date, telling the judge, quote, it's the same trial twice. Double jeopardy by any common sense definition. He has pleaded not guilty to both state and federal charges in the December 2024 death of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, who was gunned down outside a hotel in midtown Manhattan in New York City. Fashion now turning the spotlight to sport the 2026 Winter Olympics beginning in and around Milan, Italy. Fans around the world watching the dazzling opening cere packed with Italian style music and pageantry. Spectators on hand say seeing it in person brings an energy you just can't get on your couch at home.

The US District judge granting New York and New Jersey a temporary restraining order saying delaying the Gateway project would cause irreparable harm and hurt the public interest.
