Judge Tony Graff said he could order cameras removed at any time. He also ordered the cameras be moved after the defense argued Robinson's shackles were visible, as were notes by the defense team. The judge will rule on a gag order later this month. Prosecutors have said they plan to seek the death penalty. Kilmar Abrego Garcia, the man Homeland Security claims is an illegal migrant with ties to the MS.13 gang, has been released from immigration enforcement custody after a court hearing today.

Judge Paula Zinnis in Maryland found Kilmar Abrego Garcia has been detained since he was wrongfully sent to El Salvador without lawful authority. She said a judge never signed a final order of removal for him. Abrego Garcia had been deported to El Salvador earlier this year despite an order meant to prevent his removal when he was brought back, a grand jury in Tennessee indicted him for human smuggling three years ago. When he was released from custody in Tennessee and went back to Maryland, immigration officials picked him up again. They've been trying to sort out removing him to a third country, though most of the ones proposed have said they won't accept him.

Fox's Jessica Rosenthal, Abrego Garcia's attorney, says his client plans to return to Maryland where he has an American wife and child, and said he's not sure what comes next, but said he's prepared to defend his client against further efforts to deport him. Defying months of pressure from President Trump, Indiana's Republican led Senate has rejected a redrawn congressional map that would have favored their party. The proposed map was designed to give Republicans control of all nine of the state's congressional seats, up from the seven they currently hold. America is listening to FOX News.

If you could stop somebody from breaking in before they got inside, why wouldn't you? Most old school systems go off after someone's already in your place that's too late. Simplisafe is different. It's proactive with a double layer of defense that stops crime before they start. First, AI powered cameras spot potential threats outside. Then live agents step in, talking to the person through the camera, letting them know they're on video and police will be dispatched. If they don't leave, they can even trigger a loud siren or spotlight. That's how you help stop a crime before it starts. Plus, there's no contracts.
