One of the local TV stations in Tucson is the reported recipient. The 84 year old mother of Today's show host Savannah Guthrie has been missing for six days.

A lot of questions, obviously one and a very important question will be is this message from the same person or persons as the previous messages? The three ransom notes that were sent to TMZ and two local TV stations, is it from the same person? They'll be able to look at the content of this message and look at things like the writing style, et cetera, see if there are similarities. They'll obviously be looking at the email address, although that may have been changed.

Fox's Jonathan Hunt in Tucson. Two other notes were sent yesterday. Savannah Guthrie's brother Cameron put out another video pleading for his mother's return and asking for proof she's alive. The man accused of killing US embassy officials in the 2012 attack in Benghazi, Libya, has been charged with murder, terrorism and arson. Zubair Al Baqoosh was brought to the US this morning to face the charges.

Have some really strong winds behind a clipper system that could bring in maybe a coating of snow to areas across the I95 quarter. I think some of our bigger snow totals come in closer towards New England. Following that, we really see some really strong winds. So that keeps our winds really high and that means our temperatures are going to be really cold. Wind chills are going to be a big deal, which is why we do have a lot of our extreme cold warnings in place. A lot of that cold air is going to become dangerous to health and life, and that's what we're watching play out. Sunday is going to be our coldest day when our wind chills down 12 below zero. That's pretty much the case for a lot of folks across the i95 quarter and the Northeast in general. Single digits out there for a lot of folks.
