So far, no appeal from the Trump administration after a judge's ruling tossing out the indictments against James Comey and Letitia James.
Ainsley Earhart
Last week, a federal judge said the interim U.S. attorney for Eastern Virginia, Lindsey Halligan was not properly appointed to the position. And so the grand jury indictments against former FBI Director James Comey and New York Attorney General Letitia James claims were unlawful. Attorney General Pam Bondi said they would be appealing that they have 30 days from the date of the judge's ruling to do so, but they haven't done so yet. Now Politico is reporting that the DOJ is considering a do over, asking the grand jury for fresh indictments rather than appealing. The reporting comes as a panel of judges has ruled that one of President Trump's former personal attorneys, Alina Haba, may not serve as the de facto U.S. attorney for New Jersey, bypassing the Senate confirmation process. A wastewater proposal from Blue Origin, the space company founded by Jeff Bezos, goes to the Brevard County Commission in Florida later today.
Pete Hegseth
The aerospace company said it's committed to maintaining responsible and compliant operations, adding it's looking to renew a deal that's been in place for more than five years. Blue Origin wants to use the Indian river to dump millions of gallons of processed and non processed wastewater. County Commissioner Katie Delaney called it troubling since they are spending a lot of money to clean up the river with a half cent sales tax and the Save the Indian River Lagoon tax. The company uses Cape Canaveral Space Force Station to launch its large reusable rocket, which it claims operates like a commercial airliner with cleaner fuel, leading to significantly less waste and cost.

FOX and CJ Papa county lawmakers do not have the final say. They'll vote on sending a letter asking the state Department of Environmental Protection to hold a public meeting on the proposal. So far, so good on Wall Street. The Dow up 105 points, right? The S&P up 8. The NASDAQ up 112. Alisa Brady, this is FOX News.
