As far as we know, Tom Homan landed in Minnesota last night and the president says that he is going to be meeting with Mayor Jacob Fry as early as today. The president said he had a very good phone call with the mayor of Minneapolis yesterday. Says a lot of progress has been made. Frey confirmed that phone call as well, adding that Trump agreed with him that this situation as it is cannot continue. As Homan comes in, Border Patrol Commander Greg Bevino and some Border Patrol agents are leaving the state.

And the anti ICE protests rage on. Police in Maple Grove, a Minneapolis suburb, report 26 arrests last night outside a hotel. Demonstrators believed Pavino and ICE agents were staying in. And this could be controversial. ICE is going to the Winter Olympics in Milan, Cortina, Italy, next month.

US Embassy sources in Rome have told the AP that the federal ICE agents will support diplomatic security details. The mission is to vet and mitigate risks from transnational criminal organizations. They won't be involved in anything to do with immigration enforcement.

Fox's Jonathan said. As the cleanup continues from that massive winter storm, more than 1500 flights canceled. Over a half million homes and businesses still have no electricity, in many cases, no heat. Crews working 247 trying to restore it. Mike Diggs with Middle Tennessee Electric tells.

It's quite a mixed market on Wall street this morning. The Dow is down big, dropping 420 points. But the NASDAQ is on the rise, up 187. The S&P 500 is gaining 25 points. The price of oil is up 65 cents back over 61 bucks a barrel. Gas is up a fraction. But AAA's national average for regular remains $2.88 a gallon, 24 cents less than a year ago. President Trump's increasing tariffs on South Korean imports from 15 to 25% upset the country's lawmakers have yet to approve a U.S. trade deal. Now, he might not like this either. India and the European Union have agreed to a deal of their own.

The deal means there will be free trade on almost all goods between India and the 27 members of the European Union, linking economies with a combined population of nearly 2 billion people. European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen calls it the mother of all deals. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi says it will strengthen stability in the international system at a time of turmoil. There's also an agreement on a framework for more defence and security cooperation and a separate pact making mobility easier for students and skilled workers. India wants to diversify its export markets to offset the loss of sales in the US Due to higher tariffs. Beverly Hills based Fat Brands and Dallas based Twin Hospitality have filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Fat brands is parent company of Fat Burger and Johnny Rockets. It owns about 95% of Twin Hospitality Group, which owns the Twin Peaks and Smoky Bones casual dining chains. Both companies say they plan to use the bankruptcy process to improve their financial position and will keep restaurants open during the proceedings. The publication Restaurant Business as a Memo to Employees, outlines difficult market conditions over the past few years.
