We also got a delayed shopping update showing the expected slight increase in retail sales for October did not happen. The numbers the same from September. The Brown University shooter is still on the loose. The FBI is a $50,000 reward trying to find the gunman who murdered two students and wounded nine on Saturday. They do have new footage they've made public.
