A Pentagon spokesperson says the preliminary review against Senator Mark Kelly, a Democrat, has been escalated to, quote, serious allegations of misconduct. Kelly and five other Democratic lawmakers released a video last month reminding military and service members that they could disobey unlawful orders. President Trump accused them of seditious behavior punishable by death. Kelly said the investigation should send a shiver down the spine of every patriotic American that the president and secretary of defense would abuse their power to come after me or anyone this way. Kelly, who served 25 years in the US Navy, was also an astronaut who commanded the International Space Station before running for office. Tanya J.

The judge said former Marine Paul Doyle was motivated by inexplicable fury, calling footage of the incident truly shocking. Doyle injured more than 130 people in Liverpool City center in May this year. Thousands were on the streets to see the Liverpool soccer team celebrate winning the English Premier League. Doyle accelerated his car through the crowd, shouting and cursing as he did so. He was only stopped by a bystander forcing himself inside the vehicle. Paul Doyle's been sentenced to 21 and a half years in prison. Jonathan Savage, FOX News, On Monday Night.
