They fired 82 shots, killing Australians, wounding more than 40. Leaders of the tight knit Jewish community here say that this terrorist attack has changed things in Australia forever. Prime Minister Albanese attended the memorial but he did not speak. When he arrived, he was greeted by boos from the crowd. Many in the Jewish community angry at their policies, saying the government has not done enough to combat anti Semitism in the months leading up to this attack.

One of the shooters was a licensed gun owner and a member of a gun club. Police recovered undetonated explosives and homemade ISIS flags in the other shooter's car. U.S. forces, the Navy and Coast Guard have been spending most of the day chasing and an oil tanker suspected of smuggling illegal Venezuelan oil for most of the day. And a U.S. official just sent Fox a statement involved in the operation saying quote, the United States Coast Guard is in active pursuit of a sanctioned dark fleet vessel that is part of Venezuela's illegal sanctions evasion. It is flying a false flag under a judicial seizure order.

Police say the shooting happened just before 1am Sunday in a town west of Johannesburg. About a dozen suspects arrived in vehicles, fired at pub patrons, then continued shooting as they fled. An e hailing driver is among those killed after dropping off a passenger. The attack marks South Africa's second mass shooting in three weeks, highlighting the country's ongoing gun violence crisis. South Africa has one of the highest homicide rates in the world and firearms are the leading cause. Angelo Bavaro, Fox News.

Europe plans to send $105 billion in loans to cover Ukraine's essential military and budget needs for the next two years as they continue fighting Russia. The deal, struck after marathon talk Brussels this weekend, will funnel needed cash to Kyiv through a loan backed by the European Union's own budget.
