More tariff talk. I'm Paul Stevens, Fox News President Trump saying on social media that starting on February 1st, he'll charge a 10% import tax on goods from eight European countries because of their opposition to eventual US control of Greenland. Those countries that have been identified by Mr. Trump include Denmark, Norway, Sweden, France, Germany, the U.K. the Netherlands and Finland. The DOJ is investigating the governor of Minnesota, Tim Waltz, and the mayor of Minneapolis, Jacob Fran.

There's a facility here that ICE is using as its headquarters and protesters and agitators have been targeting agents there, launching fireworks at them, protesting as well. Well, yesterday the deputy United States attorney General, Todd Blanch went inside of that facility. He gave a pep talk to immigration agents. I talked to Mr. Blanche and I asked him about Governor Walz and Mayor Fry encouraging people here to find opportunities to resist ice. When the mayor suggests that he's encouraging, encouraging citizens to call 911 when they see ICE officers, that is very close to a federal crime. And sources tell FOX federal prosecutors are investigating both Governor Walz and Mayor Fry for allegedly impeding law enforcement efforts here.

And that's fox's Matt Finn in Minneapolis. President Trump, meantime, pitching a new health care plan and urging Congress to make it law.
Jared Halpern

Our plan would reduce your insurance premiums by stopping government payoffs to big insurance companies and sending the money directly to the people.
Jared Halpern
The president says his plan would also codify prescription drug price agreements and enhance fraud safeguards. But the framework leaves a lot of details to be ironed out by lawmakers, including payment amounts and eligibility requirements. At the White House, Jared Halpern, FOX.

New research bolstering evidence that Tylenol does not raise the risk of autism, despite claims by the Trump administration.

The research review published Friday in the Lancet, Obstetrics, Gynecology and Women's Health. It finds taking Tylenol during pregnancy does not increase the risk of autism, ADHD or intellectual disabilities. Last year, President Trump promoted ties between Tylenol and autism, advising pregnant women not to take it. One of the papers cited on its webpage published in BMC Environmental Health analyzed 46 previous studies. It supported an association between Tylenol exposure during pregnancy and neurodevelopmental disorders. Deborah Valentine, FOX News.

Charlie Kirk's alleged assassin appearing in court as his lawyers pushed to disqualify the entire prosecution team from that murder case. Fox's Chanley Painter, the 22 year old.
Chanley Painter
Alleged assassin showed no emotion in court as his lawyers urged the Utah county attorney's office cannot be trusted to represent themselves in a motion that aims to disqualify them in the case at issue, the adult child of an unnamed senior prosecutor who was at the campus event in September where Charlie Kirk was shot and killed. After the deadly shooting, the 18 year old texted a group chat that included the prosecutor father saying things like, I'm okay. Everyone is going inside. Charlie got shot. To which the father responded, oh, my gosh. So in its motion, the defense claims the close connection raises serious concerns about prosecutorial decision making.

And the judge ultimately denying that request. President Trump announcing on Truth Social today he'll be suing JP Morgan Chase over the next two weeks for, quote, incorrectly and inappropriately debanking me after the January 6 protest. Mr. Trump telling CNBC in August of last year the JPMorgan Chase and other banks refused to accept more than $1 billion in deposits from him. I'm Paul Stevens. This is FOX News.
