Hall Hamas had said yesterday it would take longer than expected to retrieve the bodies of hostages, some of which are in tunnels that it says were destroyed by Israel. The Trump administration has asked the Supreme Court to allow the deployment of of National Guard troops in the Chicago area. The emergency appeal coming after a lower court judge paused for at least two weeks the deployment of Guard members from Illinois and Texas to help immigration enforcement. A federal appeals court refused to put that order on hold. A federal judge in Oregon has also temporarily blocked the deployment of National Guard troops there. Wall street with its best week in two months. The Dow gained 238, the Nasdaq plus 117 the S&P up 34. America is listening to Fox.

A 14 year old girl in Massachusetts is facing charges after allegedly killing a staff member at a residential facility for troubled kids.

Officials at Meadow Ridge Academy in Swansea say 53 year old staff member Amy Morell tried to keep a teenage girl from leav leaving the facility without permission Wednesday evening after a struggle. The 14 year old girl kicked Morel in the chest. She collapsed but later died after being taken to a hospital, the school said in a statement. They extend their heartfelt condolences Amy's family, and that support services and resources are being provided to students and staff. Meadowbridge Academy is a boarding school for kids and young adults with mental health and behavioral issues. The girl has been arraigned in juvenile court on a charge of assault and battery causing serious injury. Jessica Rosenthal, Fox News Britain's Prince Andrew.

White House National Economic Council Director Kevin Hassett tell FBN's Maria Bartiromo the administration is working now on the issues that resulted in regional banks holding bad loans. Salt Lake City based Zions Bancorp says it will take a large loss and is accusing some borrowers of fraud. The loans were originated by its California bank and Trust subsidiary. Phoenix based Western alliance says it is suing a borrower, accusing it of fraud. Hassett says the issues that resulted in the situation go back to the previous administration.
