Army Secretary Dan Driscoll is in Kyiv to meet with Ukrainian leaders and share military technology as that country's president visits Turkey looking for more support trying to stop Russia, which launched another deadly attack, killing at least 20 people, injuring 66.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy called it a brazen attack. In Ternopil in western Ukraine, nine story apartment blocks were hit. People could still be trapped in the rubble. Three districts of the country's second largest city, Kharkiv, were also struck by a massive drone attack. In total, Russia fired more than 470 drones and 47 missiles overnight.
