Another deadly strike. I'm Tom Graham, Fox News. The Pentagon has targeted another boat allegedly carrying drugs. The latest strike killing two people in the eastern Pacific. That brings the total number of boat attacks in the Caribbean region up to 30. More than 100 people have been killed since early September. The president also discussing the future of Gaza in the second phase of this cease fire agreement between Israel and Hamas. Part of the next phase would include an Israeli troop withdrawal and Hamas disarming. President Trump says if Hamas doesn't, then there will be, quote, hell to pay.

A newly unsealed order in the criminal case against Kilmar Abrego Garcia revealing that high level Justice Department officials pushed for his indictment, calling it a top priority. This after he was mistakenly deported then returned to the US Abrego Garcia has pleaded nothing, not guilty in federal court in Tennessee to charges of human smuggling. He's seeking to have the case dismissed on the grounds that the prosecution is vindictive. To support that argument, Rigo Garcia has asked the government to turn over a documents on Wall street. A judge ordering the release of redacted audio and transcripts from the October closed door hearing of Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk's alleged killer, Tyler Robinson.

Alexis McAdams, the suspected killer's legal team, they're asking the court to allow the accused killer to appear at future hearings without shackles and then say let him wear his own clothes as street clothes instead of a jail jumpsuit. And according to the new documents, the defense team claims the state did not present any good reason as to why their client should be shackled up. They said this, it's not a jail. This is a courtroom. So the judge is going to allow civilian clothing, but he says this guy has to be handcuffed as he sits there. Robinson and he ruled that the media cannot take pictures or any video of Robinson in cuffs, on his hands or on his feet. The judge says the case needs transparency because he knows a lot of people are going to be watching it and says it's important to protect everyone involved.

Robinson has been charged with aggravated murder and felony use of a firearm, among other charges. The Department of Justice is considering federal charges. Disney is paying a hefty fine.

The Justice Department says Disney is ordered to pay $10 million in civil penalties as part of a settlement resolving alleged violations of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act. That federal law prohibits website operators from collecting, using or disclosing personal information of children under without notice and consent from parents. A complaint filed in federal court accuses Disney of improperly targeting advertising towards children on YouTube and unlawfully collecting information. In Washington, Jared Halpern, FOX News.

A shelter in place order has been lifted for residents in one rural Kentucky community after a CSX train derailment resulted in a chemical leak as well as a fire that happened in Todd county.
