Venezuela's captured leader is now in a New York City courthouse. I'm Dave Anthony, FOX news.
FBI Director Cash Patel
This is what it looks like when you have decisive action to take out and eliminate and arrest and bring to justice individuals who are pouring narcotics into the streets of America and causing deaths to tens of thousands of Americans.
Dave Anthony
That's what FBI Director Cash Patel just told fox. And two days after the US Raid that took Maduro and his wife into custody, they were taken from their jail cells in Brooklyn to face arraignment in Manhattan.
Fox's Todd Pyro
Fox's Todd Pyro, as we know by now, is accused of running a multi billion dollar drug operation in partnership with the cartels flooding the US with hundreds of tons of narcotics for over two decades. He was indicted on four counts including narco terrorism, conspiracy, cocaine importation conspiracy, possession of machine guns and destructive devices.
Dave Anthony
President Trump said this about Venezuela last night on Air Force One.
President Donald Trump
The country is a mess. It's been horribly run, adding the US.
Dave Anthony
Is in charge there now. And if the acting president who was Maduro's V. Delsey Rodriguez, does not do what's right, she could pay a very big price, probably bigger than Maduro. The president also said, flying back to the White House, Cuba looks like it's ready to fall and Colombia is very.
President Donald Trump
Sick, too, run by a sick man who likes making cocaine and selling it to the United States. And he's not going to be doing it very long.
Dave Anthony
A reporter then asked if there will be a US Operation in Colombia. The president responded, sounds good to me. He also again said the US should take control of Greenland, which Denmark's leader does not like hearing.
Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen
Meta Frederiksen says the US has no right to annex any part of the kingdom of Denmark that includes Greenland, which President Trump says the United States needs for national security. Danish Prime Minister Fredericksen says it's time to stop the threats against a historically close ally.
Dave Anthony
Fox's Jonathan Savage, a man's in custody in Ohio, arrested by Secret Service early this morning accused of vandalizing Vice President Vance's home in Cincinnati. The VP and his family were not home at the time. America's listening to FOX News.

Congress returns this week. And while there's a lot on the agenda, the US Raid in Venezuela Saturday is getting the most attention, many Republican.
Ryan Schmelz
Lawmakers like Derek Van Orden praising the Trump administration for the arrest of Nicolas Maduro. With no service members being killed or seriously wounded, this is the stuff that legends are made of. Meanwhile, others like progressive Senator Bernie Sanders say even though the former Venezuelan president was, quote, a corrupt and brutal dictator, the administration's unilateral military action is illegal and violates international law.
Fox's Todd Pyro
Trump's attack on Venezuela will not make the United States and the world safer.
Ryan Schmelz
Top congressional leaders are set to be briefed by Trump administration officials on Capitol Hill today. In Washington, Ryan Schmelz, FOX News.
Dave Anthony
Another big focus this week for Republicans, the federal investigation into fraud allegations in Minnesota, where later today we'll hear from Democratic Governor Tim Walz. There are reports he could drop plans to run for reelection.
Jeff Manasso
The U.S. house Committee on Oversight and Government Reform holding hearings on fraud in Minnesota. The first hearing is this Wednesday and includes Minnesota state officials who sounded the alarm on and investigated fraud in Minnesota's social services programs. Governor Tim Walls in Minnesota, Attorney General Keith Ellison have also been invited to testify before the committee on fraud that could top billions of dollars. The governor's spokesperson saying he's always happy to work with Congress, that this committee has a track record of circus hearings that have nothing to do with the issue at hand. Jeff Manasso, FOX News.

On Wall street, stock futures are rising before this week's trading. The NFL playoffs are set. The Pittsburgh Steelers got the last spot last night, beating Baltimore 2624 when the Ravens missed a last second field goal, giving the Steelers the AFC north title. Carolina won the NFC south after Atlanta beat New Orleans. Then the Falcons fired their head coach and their general manager. And moments ago, there are multiple reports the Cleveland Browns have fired head coach Kevin Stefanski. I'm Dave Anthony. This is FOX News.
