Welcome back to the FPL Lounge for our GW9 Preview of the 24/25 season!

A shortened show this week means the lads delve straight into the players on their radar.

Cheap forwards seem to be the flavour of the week with some good output, underlying numbers and fixtures for a couple in particular. The return of a former FPL Lounge player of the season also has the lads intrigued.

Captaincy follows with an interesting dilemma for FPL managers. 3 blanks in a row for Haaland and City looking off it - but some of the highest projected goals ever for them this GW. The lads discuss the pros and cons.

Who The Heck Is Stat is on a break for a couple of weeks as Chris jets off round the world - which may be for the best given how the lads are getting on this season! It will be back with a vengeance once Chris is back in good ol' Blighty later in the season though.
