Brian Fullerton
All right guys, welcome back to another episode of the Fullerton Unfiltered podcast. It is your host Brian Fullerton here hanging with you guys and good morning. Really excited about today's guest. You know him, you love him. We are really excited about having him back on today's show. Talking About Equip Expo 2026. The legend, Mr. Chris Kaiser. How's it going today brother?
Chris Kaiser
It's all good. Good to talk to you. It's. I can't believe we're here. We are again. It's another year.
Brian Fullerton
I know, right? It's, it's exciting that we do get to come back together year over year. I will say Equip Expo is a a regular date on our calendar. The spring rush is upon us. The the grass is starting to grow. Folks are out there doing cleanups and we're gonna be talking mowing. And for any of you guys that are new to the show, there is what we would probably designate as the super bowl of lawn care equipment expos and trade shows. One of the biggest and the baddest that have ever done it. And Mr. Chris Kaiser and his wonderful team spearhead and lead all of that. So Chris, give us the, the 50, 000 if you don't mind for all the news listeners, maybe people that are just getting started in the industry. Equip Expo. Give them the, give them the whole ball of wax for a couple of quick minutes here.
Chris Kaiser
You bet. The trade show is 43 years young, always in Louisville, Kentucky that's about to change. But as you said, it's the super bowl for the business. It's a trade show to see equipment. We can test equipment, drive it, dig, cut, you name it. We have education, training with things for dealers. We have a lot of social stuff where people can get together, do peer to peer engagement. A lot of social activity at the show that you're very involved in the morning show and energize and those sorts of things. So lots of opportunities come together. What's unique is again 43 years old this year we are in a very significant growth pattern. OPI took ownership of the show in two two. So in two three two four two five we sold the show out. We went from 17,000 attendees to 30,000 and we're now the number three event moneymaker for the city of Louisville that includes the derby. So we are and we were just recognized as one of the fastest 50, one of the fastest 50 growing trade shows in the United States. And so not bad for a 43 year old to be, to grow and be growing fast. And so we're very excited about the upcoming changes where we'll go into rotation.
Brian Fullerton
That's awesome. And we are going to get into that. But like, like a good social media influencer quote unquote that I will be, we'll tease and talk about that at the, the tail end. No, I'm just kidding. But we'll, we, we'll get it to you guys here in a quick minute because uh, there is an exciting new announcement. There's always a bunch of new announcements here at about Equip Expo and, and one thing I'll say is that's a good sign of a growing organization. Two things I've always heard if there's a lot of excitement, a lot of new things, but also you see the same folks there year over year with a lot of tenure. You know when you see somebody at a show for 10, 15, 20 years at an organization and there's always innovation, like that's a healthy growing organization and company culture and that's something that we definitely see and receive Adequip Expo. And that's why we call it a family reunion for some of you guys that are listening in that maybe don't know Ope I. Chris, if you don't mind just maybe talking about the, what would you call like the legislative side of the conversation, you know what, what, what does that mean for us?
Chris Kaiser
OPE is the trade association for equipment factors. So we're in metropolitan Washington D.C. we're 70 sold. We own a building in Alexandria, Virginia that's just across the river from Washington. But we're the industries voice in Congress and so we lobby Congress, we interface with the Environmental Protection Agency and the cpsc, we interface with state governments. We have a Canadian affiliate arm. We do shipment reports and forecasting. But we're the trade group, the trade association for equipment manufacturers and their suppliers. OPEI owns Equip Exposition and the Foundation. The Turf Mutt foundation is the education arm of the association and the trade show.
Brian Fullerton
So that right there is the governing body, I guess you could say, right, that. That what's the word for it? Advocates or lobbies even. Right, for all of us that are out there in the field and the companies that we all get to use their products and services for. And from. What's some trends that you're noticing out there in the marketplace, Chris? When it comes to the ope, you know, industry, technology, battery, robotics, AI, I mean there's a huge AI push, right? What's some trends that you're seeing right now in the industry?
Chris Kaiser
AI tools. And we're seeing to utilize them at equip. So any AI tool that makes the attendee experience, the registration experience, the education experience more valuable, we are looking at software and AI tools in that space. But on the equipment side, it's the evolution as things improve technologically, whether it's robotics, remote control software, you name it. Significant improvements obviously in battery runtime technology, storage, etc. Although gasoline is holding its own, we've seen significant movement in the battery space. On the consumer side, very significant. But engines are holding their own on the commercial side. We had a good snow year, particularly in New England. We hope that landscapers in that space will be in a better cash position this spring for purchasing. But so far so good. We're off to an early spring in large chunks of the country. It's wonderful here in Louisville, Kentucky. And we're ahead. We're a few weeks ahead. So all signs on the weather front are good. But technology continues to grow and evolve. There are challenges. You know, the tariff business injects uncertainty in the marketplace and that's tough on business.
Brian Fullerton
Yeah, the marketplace. I mean, fuel costs, fuel prices, real time, a lot of global events going on, good, bad or ugly to pick, pick your side. It's all a cluster. All I know is I got to make my price work that I just quoted two weeks ago. And when gas is 75 cents more a gallon, it's not exactly helping my case. But that's a whole nother story for a whole other time. Let me ask you this really quick, Chris. You, you get as good, if not better than any perspective of anybody out there. You're, you're running around the trade floor, you're shaking hands, you're kissing babies, you're a public figure there. Like you're doing the deal. Let me ask you about some of these trends, right? Like hot seat. Do you ever think we're going to fully replace gas? Or is hybrid more of the future? Like, what do you think there?
Chris Kaiser
I think we're in a transition period. Right. It's evolutionary and these wild swings. Right. So first the tariff conditions and tariffs, not necessarily on the finished product, but even on tariff good parts. Right. For assemblage, it's very disruptive to business. Like you said, predicting and project, you know, pricing, etc. Is how do you maintain a price promise to a retailer or distributor or dealer and you have meaningful changes. So the gasoline price spikes right now very much affecting the business.
Brian Fullerton
Sure.
Chris Kaiser
Uncertainty. So the court just ruled that the earlier tariffs were not legal and now there's a refund mechanism that is to be applied. It's just complicated. So our board of directors just met in Alexandria last week. We heard from our trade council in Washington and it's just uncertainty and it's just not what process is used to collect those monies. What are the new tariffs? What is the structure on the tariffs? And they're, whether they're part, you know, it's iron and aluminum parts. It's just uncertainty. And our guys are in product cycles, right? It's three, five, ten year product cycles. And so it just becomes very challenging. And then that filters down. So that's in your world, right. So people who are servicing the product, selling the product, using the product, all of which is a challenge. And so we are challenged in that regard. But certainly technology is evolving very, very quickly. Battery product is here to stay. Significantly, we've not seen. And there was a bit of a trend, it has been pulled back some, but we saw the same, we see the same thing in the auto side right now. Gas and oil is having a bit of a resurgence. Some, some of that predicate is the political environment.
Brian Fullerton
For sure. For sure.
Chris Kaiser
Tax credits went away, of course, that sort of thing. That's gonna swing that pendulum. I lived in Washington 37 years. Pendulum is going to swing back.
Brian Fullerton
Yup, yup.
Chris Kaiser
So get ready.
Brian Fullerton
I've only lived under, you know, I don't know, five or six presidents, you know, as my adult life and you know, when I was building my barn, there's, you know, last administration, huge EV and solar panel credits. And I'm like, you know, hey, maybe I won't have an electric bill for the rest of my life If I drop 25, 30 grand. It was something I was considering while I was building my barn because I have a huge south facing roof, different administration, that is, that incentive has gone away. So that's not something I'm looking at right now. And like, here's the deal, folks, every one of you have a better grasp on the things that you can do to make your business better than anybody, you know, 600 miles away in some fancy house. But regardless, you have to play ball around whatever that administration or that political party is doing, good, bad or ugly. Again, like you're a business owner. You have to make every environment work or work as best as you can to make your business continue to grow and be profitable. And that changes depending on whatever party is in. So at the end of the day, I wouldn't be losing so much sleep about who's in office and who's doing this and who's doing that and what about this? It's how can we be adaptive to reacting, but also looking at it in a proper way of responding to what the marketplace is doing and even trying to get ahead of it. And that's why again, it goes full circle to the importance of going to the trade show to check out latest and greatest what's new, what's the trends, what are the big guys doing? Because if the big guys, I always say, have ran the numbers, then they know the math. Maths. Chris, any thoughts on that?
Chris Kaiser
You're exactly right. One of the things we do at Expo is try to get you folks together where you can learn from one another. That's genuine learning, the peer to peer. So we offer classes, we'll have speakers. But importantly, whether it's energize or the morning is letting folks get together and talk, whether it's somebody's been in the business, there's 22 years, 42 years, you're all there. That's where real learning and where value is. How can I learn from others similarly situated? So that's what we're very good at. Equip is will we engage with landscapers, attendees, and our vendor partners, like landscape management, to put on the classes, to bring in the speakers, and to give you the time where you can interact with one another. That's where learning takes place.
Brian Fullerton
Amen. Yeah. And if you guys have questions on Any of those tracks or sessions that are going to be available, go to equip-expo exposition, I think it is.com is the official website. Go to the education classes. Most of them are free. One or two might be, you know, at cost or pay to play. But a lot of that is available for you guys. They're part of your ticket registration. Like it is a fantastic resource. There's a couple of peers and friends of mine that lead some of those classes and they, they pack out. I mean we're talking 50, 100, 200 plus people part of these classes. And so not only do you get the giant trade show, but you get all this education that is available to you as well. I know a lot of conversation about H2B and like you said, tariffs. Uh, it's awesome getting to see everybody just come together and network in this giant super bowl of green industry conferences. Uh, I wanted to just, I want to get to morning show and energize because they are such like awesome parts of the Equip Expo week. But I gotta just back up for a quick second because if we didn't talk about it for 10 seconds, it'd be an injustice. Dude, Jesse Cole last year, awesome. Holy crap. Like that guy was awesome. So whoever, whoever picked that dude, he needs to get a free lunch on Chris Kaiser. No, I'm just kidding. But anyway, did, did you happen to see him live? Chris, were you in the room that morning?
Chris Kaiser
I was in and out. But what I loved was I was moving from west to east, south and, and it's the first time I'd ever seen that where we had monitor set up so we knew the room was going to. And I kept seeing the monitors in the lobbies, right, that were, that, you know, the hush silence. There were people all around the monitors watching. So I'd watch for a minute. I was struck that every television had people. Now I feel badly for our new speaker, who's a terrific speaker, but that was, you know, and I remember going into our pocket for that, right? And they said, are you sure you want to do this? Yes. But that was, we invested in Jesse Cole. Hit it out of the park.
Brian Fullerton
Yeah, no, he, he was fantastic. There's 5,6000 people in a room that probably officially sat half of that. Don't, don't tell the fire marshal.
Chris Kaiser
Fire marshall.
Brian Fullerton
I know, we know that game. We do that at lal. And it was, it was awesome. He was so funny, so cool. One of my friends that was able to actually do the, the introduction, introduction for him, uh, Justin White. I was like, dude, like, how did you even like get picked to do that? And he goes, dude, they gave me the card and they said, do not ad lib. Do not change it. Do not anything. He's like, I was nervous introducing that guy. And if you guys don't know Jesse Cole with the Savannah Bananas, like, I'm a fan, like, that guy did such a fantastic job. I actually got a signed baseball bat from the Equip Expo team because I was able to host Energize. They gave me a little, little, little swag bag of some stuff and that was really unexpected. That guy was awesome. I followed him on Instagram and social media ever since and I, I just think he's just a fantastic showman and he's doing big things. But that, that's the kind of stuff that you get at Equip Expo. Like, they make it fun, they make it engaged. And here's what I always say. You gotta go at least once to the pilgrimage. You gotta, you know, make the pilgrimage to Mecca over here and see what you're a part of. And Chris, that's what I want to talk to you for a couple of quick minutes. If somebody's new to the industry or they maybe they heard of Equip Expo, they didn't get a chance to go last year, but they're highly considering taking the couple of days, maybe a thousand bucks, two thousand bucks to going on down. What's your best conversation about what they might be missing out on? You know what? Why should they make the investment into coming on down to Equip Expo, at least for the first time, to check this thing out?
Chris Kaiser
I would note we're 43 years young. We continue to grow, we continue to evolve. I know we're talking about it, the rotation of the show.
Brian Fullerton
Yes.
Chris Kaiser
Is there something very significant? Look, this is a business show. We're a B2B show. This is not a public show. And we're growing leaps and bounds. That's because we have roi. There's value here for the attendee. So they're coming. And whether it's equipment, education, training, peer to peer fun, we like folks to have some fun. You know, again we go into our pocket for the Jesse Coles, for Churchill Downs. We have a new one coming up at Parristown Point for our closing. We want to create this to be an experience experiential, but you got to go home with something that helps the business. So it's either education or you've learned about a machine or you spent some time with a engineer from one of the companies. Why this machine is better and that the show has those people. They'll spend time with you on the floor. If you want to go outside with them and get on the machine, you can. Why is this machine better than that machine? What's the price point here? You want to engage with dealers. All of those people come together. And you described it as a family reunion, as do I, because you see the same folks year over year over year, but to get that return, that's demonstrating value. Yeah, we're very proud of that.
Brian Fullerton
I love it. I love it. Funny story, like you said, all the main folks at the companies are there. Maybe you have a great idea on how to make a piece of equipment better or something that they could improve upon. I remember walking. I'm not going to name the name of the brand, but I was walking through a giant showroom floor booth, and guy came up to me and said, and he might be listening to the show, so I'm going to kind of keep it Disney. But he's like, hey, this. This piece of equipment right here, I'm not a fan. Didn't like. And I'm like, really? He's like, oh, yeah. He goes, I can't wait to talk to somebody. And I know the person he was supposed to talk to. And I said, well, the guy you're looking for is right there. I said, you want me to make an introduction? He goes, with pleasure. So, like, I was able to link him up. There was this other friend of mine, let's call him Dan, you know, and Dan and this other guy were able to talk, and I'm like, dude, like, they want to hear that feedback. Like, you're not going to probably A, tell them anything they don't know or B, if they don't know, they need to hear it. Like, this is a great forum to just have that open discussion. And by the way, that was one dude that had a bone to pick with a product from a brand. If you want to, like, high five like somebody or meet somebody from the other companies on the engineering team or the marketing team, or you want to, you know, you're blowing up your social media and you want to partner with your favorite brand that you use, like the folks, that's where all these conversations and relationships are formed. And I would highly encourage you to go there to check it out for that reason. And Chris, I love exactly what you said. Like, there is an roi. In fact, something that we're doing here at Brian's Law Maintenance in a Very practical fashion is anybody that we promote to crew lead and above gets a golden ticket to go at least one time to equip expo to get the macro to understand like what the heck they're even a part of. Because I don't think there's a better two day, three day experience for you to get the lay of the land than to go to a quick equip expo to help that person. Yeah, of course, maybe like lock them into that roller position at my personal company, but to just to let them know that you're part of this hundreds and hundreds of billion dollar industry. Right. And this is that guy over there, he's got a $2 million company. That guy over there, a hundred million dollar company. That guy, he's got the biggest snow business on the east coast. Like those folks are there and you know, you get to come on in and check it all out and like you said, take something home with you. Last quick question or two I have for you. Number one, I love the community aspect that you guys have really been pouring in and investing into the show. There's a lot of great events going on, some sanctioned, I'll call it, some of them that are not sanctioned. There's everybody's got their pod and their posse in their group and, and folks, I love it. I eat all that up. I, it's hard for me when I go to even remember all the freaking stuff that is going on anymore because there's so many things that are available. But Chris, I wanted to just. What, what's your experience? Been seeing the, the rise of, you know, social media and community events. You know, if you want to talk about Energize or the morning show, my friend Cornell has an event on one of the nights. Five hundred to a thousand people are there. I keep hearing it's awesome to see people come together and to make friends and break bread. So what's your thoughts and opinions on all that?
Chris Kaiser
I'm not a young person. I witnessed it. This is my, I'm in my 20th year, I'm in my 20th expo. I remember the first influencer and I did not. They said, hey there's, you know, we've got an influencer coming in from Cleveland, whatever, St. Louis and I, I did not know what it was, sure. Or who he was. And then you know, met, engaged, understood. You know, I'm now a doom scroller on YouTube like the rest of us. But I've watched it grow. I watched you and others form as you call them a posse. But you have real followers and the thing that I like is that you want to help folks grow their business, help them understand equip. How do you prepare for equip, you know, comfortable shoes, it's multi day. She's a big girl. Is you want to help these people better themselves, better the business, enjoy themselves while they're here. And so I couldn't be happier. And so when they asked me for my support to put together the sponsorships that move energize in the morning show in the podcast row. And I keep trying to. We work hard, as you know, Evan works very, very hard on behalf of you folks to get you a better space here and a better lobby space there and better windows here. Is. And to make those rooms available. You're the folks we want to empower because we see you, we see people learn, we see people get value. So I'm thrilled to death to talk to you here today because I know you have the same objective I do, is we want the show to work for our attendees and our exhibitors 100% and 100%.
Brian Fullerton
And that's why folks, I keep saying you got to go at least once. It doesn't have to be your first year in business, but within the first three or four years, I think everybody should make it on down there. I'm a big firm believer of that. After that. Well, Chris will tell you we want to see every year. I'd say every couple of years at a minimum. You know, again, but my, my biggest attitude is go with intentionality. You know, I do call it a work show. I do call it a work trip. Like it is an equipment show. Like I'm going there with a list of things that I want to see, people I want to meet and a couple questions that I want to ask to perhaps like the biggest fish that I can find. If I'm walking the halls and I see Pat Murray and Ken Deemer over at the H and A side of the things, the hardscape side, and they're fantastic dudes with a $10 million company. And you got a hardscaping question, go over to H and A which co locates at Equip Expo and go learn more about hardscaping and some of the incredible classes that they're putting on. If you want to look at the marquee and Sam Gamble is doing his, you know, John Maxwell Temu, we always call him, and he's, he's over there doing some leadership training like go ask and find Sam and go ask him some questions and corner him after one of his speaking engagements, like, these people are accessible. I remember having to make time go from one booth to another booth. Actually, last show, and I intercepted Dan Weingartz, and I'm like, dan, like, holy crap. Like, they'll let anybody come to this thing. And do we just have a. We just have a funny relationship? He starts laughing. I start laughing. He's like, where are you going? I'm like, this way. He goes, I'm walking with you. And I'm like, dude, you're Dan fricking Winegard. It's like, we're buds, but, dude, like, he's on a whole nother echelon, and. But he walked with me for, you know, three miles to the other. To the other end of the show. So here's what I'll say, folks.
Chris Kaiser
We'll.
Brian Fullerton
We'll talk logistics on another show, because, like Chris said, you do want to approach the show with a very intentional perspective and be very tactical, and there's a lot of things you can do to get the best experience of the show. I just took my kids to Monster Jam. Had to have that rite of passage with my little. My little son and daughter. But, like, there's a way to go to, like, Monster Jam, to, like, actually enjoy the show and. And not be miserable with two kids 4 years old and under. Okay, like, there's a way to go. There's a way to go to Disney, all right, and, like, get the most out of it. I'll talk more about that on another show, but let's do this for time's sake. Just to respect Chris's calendar, I do want to talk about not only where we're at here in Louisville, Kentucky, but there is a huge announcement that just released a couple of weeks back. I think it is going to be a huge upswing, a very exciting conversation about the whys and the hows and what it's going to make available to everyone. So, Chris, hot off the press, why don't you drop the big bomb on everybody and let them know the excitement continues with something new. Down the pike with Equip Expo. What is that?
Chris Kaiser
In our 45th year, we're going to rotate into Orlando. It's premier, premier facility for trade shows. Right? So it's. There are very few facilities, Vegas, Orlando, Houston, a couple others, Louisville, that can physically take us. Right? Physically hold the show at 1.2 million square feet and offer some outdoor space. Orlando is one of those. It's a preeminent meeting space, but importantly, it has enhanced travel opportunities. The show is evolving globally all 50 states, 52 countries. We have attendees from the show is globalizing, it's internationalizing. And we have folks that want to bring leadership from West Germany and Japan and China, et cetera, and that Orlando will facilitate that. And so that allows us to do that. And our dealers, some of our major manufacturers have wanted to do dealer meetings and that can be several thousand people and you know, bring dealers to the show to have corporate dealer meetings and to leverage those events. Equipment has become so successful, they want to do dealer meetings and they asked Louis. Well, they wanted to do them in 2, 9 and 30 and they couldn't. We take all the hotel rooms. We're in seven counties and two states and 40,000 room nights we book.
Brian Fullerton
40,000, is that 40,000 room nights? Is that what you said?
Chris Kaiser
Yeah, we're the third largest of that money. That's a business show. We're not a big. We don't have lots and lots of people, but they spend a lot of money.
Brian Fullerton
Yeah.
Chris Kaiser
But importantly for me, it's becoming a two city show for do, experience, equip. You got to go to Orlando and you got to go to Louisville. Now we are working with Louisville. It's the only one of its kind in the country where you can get into the ground, you can dig. So we want to improve the outdoor space, enhance the outdoor space and make that experience particularly unique for Louisville. So we, we think we're going to move into a true. Well, we've already booked them. We have dates through 33 rotating beginning 2, 9. Orlando. Louisville. Orlando. Louisville. Orlando. Louisville.
Brian Fullerton
Wow.
Chris Kaiser
And that's the new package.
Brian Fullerton
So we're still in Louisville for a couple of years to be clear. Right. And then in 29 we're going to Orlando. Is that correct?
Chris Kaiser
But remember. Yes, but you're also going to get a new building in 2 7. So we'll force Hardscape will move to the new building, the new KEC building just above the north wing. They'll knock down the west wing, build a new tower over there. So we're bringing the trailer people. See folks that want to co locate with us like Hardscape, the trailer folks want to work with us. Pool and spa want to work with us and others.
Brian Fullerton
Yeah.
Chris Kaiser
So the trailer guys are coming next year. So they got, you know, new landscapers, buy a whole lot of trailers. Oh yeah, we'll have some trailer folks. But. So there'll be some physical changes at the show, meaningful changes in 27 as we begin to shift the patterns. And we'll implement the first time a Point system for our exhibitors. So that's how they allocate the space. Wow.
Brian Fullerton
Holy cow. Okay, that's a lot. That really is. And I'm really excited about the, the Orlando conversation too, because, look, Louisville, you can get 30. You can get 30 degrees. You can get 80 degrees. We all, we've all been there. You get pouring rain, you can get dry sunny days. Orlando, you're. You're pretty much a shoe in that time of year for, you know, mid-70s, 80 degrees. And it should be, should be pretty good in that.
Chris Kaiser
Hard to beat outside of a hurricane. It's not bad. That's true.
Brian Fullerton
That's true. I was gonna say, uh, when we do our conference in November, we've had 2 inches of snow, we've had 70 DE and sunny. You never know what you're going to get in Michigan. But I'm pampered here by the venue. You know, exactly how that goes. So we're, we're staying put with my show, but I will definitely go on tour and travel the world with you guys to Louisville and then also Orlando. So that's, that is really, really exciting. And again, that just shows the growth of the show, the innovation that they're trying to put behind it. Uh, 52, uh, plus countries, 50, you know, states, uh, that, that is good growth, that's good attendance. And folks, I'm telling you what, whether you are just getting started and literally it's you and you work full time in it and you got 20 lawns on the side, and you're making 80 grand, 100 grand at your job, and you want to start a lawn care business on the side and you want to go check out to see what you're a part of, or if you're doing, you know, 10 million with 30 crews going out and you got a team of 90 guys, I mean, there is literally something there for everyone. I would highly encourage everybody to go. It's going to be a great time. Uh, there's a no better time than to get registered than right now. I will tell you that. Honestly, because we do have a promo code. Brian, you can use our code. We'll leave a link in the description or go to equip-exposition.com, go to the registration page, use the code, saves you half off. It's like sub$10 right now. Okay? It's, it's negligible. I will tell you, every about six to eight weeks, there's another kind of checkpoint where they raise prices. And our code still works for half off, but there's no reason, in my opinion, to pay more than you need to if you already know you're going to go this October. So don't get so busy with the spring rush to not, you know, one night when you're doing estimates at, you know, 9 o' clock at night, like myself, to just pop open another tab. Equip-exposition.com Register today. Lock that in. Put a reservation down for a hotel. Most of the time they don't even, you know, need but a credit card to hold your spot. They don't even usually charge until you get closer and you can just be done with that. You're ready to go. You're locked in. And when other folks start scrambling in September and October and they see all the Facebook groups, there's no more rooms and I don't know, there's no more flights. Like you can smile and sit back all pretty because you lock that in, you know, in early April and you don't have to worry about any of those issues five and six months from now because it does fill up. Hotel rooms are hard to find. And I mean, again, like Chris said, There's 30, 40, 50,000 plus people descending on Louisville like this is a really big deal event and if you guys have never been, I highly encourage you to go and check it out at least once. So Chris, holy cow. That's the whole wax right there. I'll give you the final thought. Anything else that we missed or anything else we want to cover. But we can't thank enough for bringing your excitement, your energy and of course your leadership to everything that we're doing here for the green industry. So thank you. Thank you. But any final thoughts, brother, and we'll let you land the plane.
