We were all fascinated by a recent blog post by friend of the podcast Ian Korf on his “You Suck at Racing” blog that dealt with the efficacy of heel toe downshifting on track. We started off discussing the article and then meandered into a deeper discussion into what heel toe downshifting is and how to do it. I think we may have found something that will be a focus of improvement for next season.
