گاهی سخت‌ترین حقیقت‌های زندگی، چیزهایی نیستند که نمی‌دانیم.

چیزهایی هستند که جایی عمیق‌تر درون خود می‌دانیم، اما در یک رابطه هنوز آماده نیستیم آن‌ها را ببینیم، بیان کنیم یا از آن‌ها زندگی کنیم.

گاهی برای حفظ یک رابطه، یک تصویر، یا آرامشی ظاهری:

حرفی را که باید گفته شود، نمی‌گوییم.
نیازی را که داریم، پنهان می‌کنیم.
انتخابی را ادامه می‌دهیم که دیگر با ما هماهنگ نیست.

و بعد از مدتی ممکن است رابطه باقی مانده باشد، اما بخشی از حضور واقعی ما در آن کم‌رنگ شده باشد.

در EP06 با این سؤال مکث می‌کنیم:

آیا برای حفظ رابطه، بخشی از حقیقت و حضور واقعی خودمان را خاموش کرده‌ایم؟

در نگاه™ GRIT ، اصالت در رابطه به معنای گفتن فوری همه‌چیز یا عمل کردن بر اساس هر احساس نیست.

اصالت یعنی دیدن منشأ انتخاب:

این سکوت از آگاهی می‌آید یا از ترس؟
این ماندن از عشق می‌آید یا از وابستگی؟
این تلاش برای حفظ رابطه است یا حفظ تصویری که از خود ساخته‌ایم؟

اصالت در رابطه یعنی نزدیک بودن به دیگری، بدون از دست دادن ارتباط با خود.

حقیقتی که می‌خواهم ببینم

یک رابطه یا موقعیت واقعی را انتخاب کنید و از خود بپرسید:

۱. چه چیزی را در این موقعیت می‌دانم، اما هنوز کاملاً با آن روبه‌رو نشده‌ام؟

۲. اگر این حقیقت را بپذیرم، چه چیزی درباره تصویری که از خود ساخته‌ام تغییر می‌کند؟

۳. سکوت من از انتخاب آگاهانه می‌آید یا از ترس؟

۴. اگر از کُد اصالت درونی خود انتخاب کنم، چه کاری را یک درصد متفاوت انجام می‌دهم؟

۵. قدم ۱٪ من در این هفته چیست؟

Authentic Relationships & Inner Alignment

Sometimes the hardest truths are not the ones we do not know.

They are the truths we already know deep within ourselves but are not yet ready to see, express, or live from within a relationship.

Sometimes, to preserve a relationship, an image, or a sense of external peace, we:

leave an important conversation unspoken,
hide a real need,
or continue a choice that no longer feels aligned.

The relationship may remain, while part of our real presence within it slowly fades.

In EP06, we pause with one central question:

Have we silenced part of our truth and presence in order to preserve a relationship?

Through the GRIT™ perspective, authenticity in relationships does not mean expressing everything immediately or acting on every feeling.

It begins by recognizing the origin of our choices:

Is this silence coming from awareness or fear?
Is this staying coming from love or dependency?
Am I protecting the relationship, or protecting an image I have built of myself?

Authenticity in relationships means staying close to another person without losing connection with yourself.

The Truth I Want to See

Choose one real relationship or situation and reflect:

What do I know in this situation but have not fully faced?
If I accept this truth, what changes about the image I hold of myself?
Is my silence coming from conscious choice or fear?
If I choose from my Rare Inner Code, what would I do 1% differently?
What is my 1% step this week?

This episode is an educational and reflective self-coaching experience.
